Boutique brokerage · Honolulu

Six homes on the market. Ask about any of them.

Koa Lane is a two-person brokerage in Kaimuki. Tell the assistant bedrooms, budget, or a neighborhood and the listings narrow while you look. When one feels right, it books the showing for you.

How a showing works

Three steps, no runaround.

Pick the home and a window

Tell the assistant, or use the form below. The office confirms with the seller’s side — usually inside two hours during business hours.

Walk it with Malia

Plan on thirty minutes. She points out what the listing sheet leaves off, the good and the not-so-good.

Get the numbers same day

By that evening you have comparable sales and an honest read on the asking price. An offer only happens if you want one.

Book a showing

See it in person.

A name, a number, the home, and a day. A person calls back to confirm the exact time — that part stays human.

About Koa Lane

Small on purpose.

Koa Lane Properties is run by principal broker Malia Ohta (RB-00000, fictional) out of a two-desk office on Waialae Avenue. She closes around thirty sales a year, most of them inside the six neighborhoods on this page — small on purpose, so the person who answers your question is the person who walks you through the door.

Buyers pay nothing to work with Koa Lane; the fee comes out of the sale, like anywhere else. What’s different is the pace — no drip emails, no pressure to tour ten homes when three fit. The office keeps hours Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm. The assistant on this page covers the other 120 hours of the week.
